1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Ahead Financials (“Ahead”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Ahead website, mobile application, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Ahead Is — and Isn’t

Ahead is a money-shaping app that helps you organize your income and decide what your money is for. Ahead is not a bank, does not hold, move, or transfer your funds, and is not a money-services business. Your bank continues to do the banking.

Ahead does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The plans, figures, and suggestions the Service generates are informational only. You are responsible for your own financial decisions and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date, and you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Early Access

The Service is currently offered as an early-access release on iPhone. Early access is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis: features may change, pause, or be removed, and occasional bugs are expected. After you subscribe, we issue a single-use access code by email so you can install the app through Apple’s TestFlight; Apple’s own terms also apply to your use of TestFlight.

5. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation

The Service is offered as a recurring subscription of $4.80 per month (plus any applicable taxes). By subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your payment method this amount each month. Your subscription automatically renews every month until you cancel.

• We disclose the price and billing cadence before you pay, and we charge only after you provide express consent at checkout.
• You can cancel at any time. Because you sign up online, you may cancel online — from within the app or by using the manage-subscription link in your email receipt — without phone calls or other hurdles.
• When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed afterward. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
• If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend or revoke access until payment is resolved.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it by means other than the interfaces we provide, interfering with its operation or security, reverse-engineering it except where permitted by law, or using it to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Ahead and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal use. The data you enter remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any plan or figure it produces will be accurate or suitable for your circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ahead will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, savings, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where your local consumer laws require otherwise.
